Period of harvesting: mid-September

 Annual production: 60.000 bottles

Vinification: Temperature controlled at 12°C for 20 days.

Maturation and aging: In temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for at least 3 months on fine lees. 1 or 2 months in the bottle.


Pale straw yellow color with classic greenish reflections.

The bouquet is marked by notes of acacia flowers, broom, pear, passion fruit, and pineapple. On the palate, it is savory, long, fresh, and elegant. Robust with excellent acidity.


Excellent as an aperitit, but optimal when paired with light first courses, white meats, fish, and cheeses. Served at 8-10°C.
